ORCA offers a 3-year limited warranty on its soft side coolers, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues such as faulty seams, latches, zippers, and insulation integrity. ORCA will repair or replace defective parts at its discretion.
What is not covered under the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear. It also excludes cosmetic damage, unauthorized modifications, and damages resulting from commercial use. Any damage caused by environmental factors, such as UV exposure, is not covered.
