We know we sell amazing products that you will love for years to come. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, don't panic! 

To see if you qualify, please review the following:

  • Product(s) must be in new, unused and undamaged condition, with original tags.
  • Product(s) must be returned in the original packaging including any protective plastic, bags, and boxes.
  • Must be returned within 30 days of original purchase.

BEFORE YOU SHIP

  • Make sure your products are properly packaged to ensure they arrive undamaged.
  • Please remove all labels and stickers from the original shipment. Having multiple tracking numbers and stickers visible on the package can create delays with your return or result in the product being shipped back to you instead of returned to ORCA.
  • We encourage you to request a drop off receipt with the carrier and keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

Return orders can take up to 10 business days to process. Refunds are applied to the original form of payment once the return has been approved. The refund can take up to 5 business days to post to your account, depending on your banking institution.
