ORCA CUSTOMIZATION

Showcase your brand, company, team, organization, or custom design on ORCA Drinkware with full color printing utilizing our state-of-the-art printers and UV-cured inks for long lasting durability, or with precision laser etching.

• Minimum drinkware order is 6 pieces.
• Drinkware cases must contain the same product type, style, color and design.
• Drinkware must ship in full case multiples of 6 (no split or partial cases).
• Color printing on Chasers, Hydras, Barrels & KICs is available as single sided, double sided and full-wrap (some limitations and exceptions apply).
• Lead Times begin 10 business days after the order has been placed.
• Laser Etching is available on all Chasers, Hydras, Travelers, Tinis, Ritas, Barrels, Steins & KICs.
• Color Printing and Laser Etching cannot be combined on the same drinkware.

Our Chasers, Hydras, Barrels and KICs are customizable with full color printing or laser etching. 

Our Tinis, Ritas, & Travelers are customizable with laser etching only. 

We utilize the CMYK color space for all of our printing. If artwork is provided in any other color mode (such as RGB, LAB, HSB, PMS), we will convert to the nearest CMYK match. Some color variance will occur when converting color spaces. We are unable to match Pantone Matching System colors. 

Logos, etched or printed, on drinkware is approximately 3”W x 2”H.

• Customize 20QT-80QT size coolers or any softside coolers with vivid full color printing. 

• No minimum order quantity for coolers 

Vector files supported include: 

• Adobe Illustrator (.AI or .EPS) 
• PDF
• SVG 

Any fonts used in your artwork must be converted to outlines. 

If artwork cannot be provided in one of the above formats there will be a $50 artwork set up fee applied to the first order. 

No photo prints 

Any edits required begin at a $50 fee
