It typically takes three to five business days for any in-stock item to ship after the order is placed. Any items on backorder will be shipped as quickly as possible when it is back in stock. During peak season (summer and holidays), our processing times may increase to as many as 10 business days.  

Our system does not allow for multiple coupon codes. Coupons will not work during ORCA sales events.  

Yes, we can cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. Please, call 615.864.8877 to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.  

Once your order has been placed, we cannot add items to it. A second order will have to be placed for additional items.

The registration forms are sent to a no-reply email and you will not get a response. The claim form will be just below the registration form and will be sent automatically to our amazing warranty team, who will be back in touch with you about getting this resolved.  

 Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on products. If your product is in new, unused condition you may return your purchase and place a new order for your desired product. 

We currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada.
