Authentic ORCA product, which comes with a full product warranty, is available on Amazon through ORCA's authorized reseller "OrcaCoolers”.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, included but not limited to the below, are not authorized to sell on Amazon. Purchases from these and others will not be covered under our warranty




You may find used products on eBay at discounted prices. If you decide to purchase from eBay, or any other seller that is not verified, the warranty is voided.  


It typically takes three to five business days for any in-stock item to ship after the order is placed. Any items on backorder will be shipped as quickly as possible when it is back in stock. During peak season, (summer and holidays), our processing times may increase to as many as 10 business days.  

Our system does not allow for multiple coupon codes. Coupons will not work during ORCA sales events.  

In order to ship as quickly as possible, our orders move through the system quickly. Order cancellation is not guaranteed, but we will do the best we can to accommodate your request. Please use the support button on our website to submit your cancellation request. 

Once your order has been placed, we cannot add items to it. A second order will have to be placed for additional items.  

If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your order and a second order can be placed for the desired color. Please call 615.864.8877 to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.  

You can order directly from our website or you can find a local dealer in your area. *We do not keep inventory records for our dealers, please call first to see if they have the item you want in stock*

Yes! We use to verify your service. At check out before you pay, click the green, and after you create/log in to your account, your discount will be applied.  

We do not price match. We do have sales and promotions around the holidays. To stay up to date on those, please click the link below to create an account which adds you to our email list.

We offer a military and first responder discount to those who quality. At check out, please use the button to verify service. Upon verification, your discount will be applied to order provided no other coupons have been added to your order already. Yes!Please include other details such as location of purchase, an estimation on the date of purchase, and if the item was a gift. If your item was purchased directly from our site, you are automatically registered for your warranty!

The registration forms are sent to a no-reply email and you will not get a response. The claim form will be just below the registration form and will be sent automatically to our amazing warranty team, who will be back in touch with you about getting this resolved.

We have not yet tested dry ice in our coolers, so at this time, we cannot recommend it. 

Our tests have shown no difference between our darker coolers (ex. - black, navy, green) and our lighter coolers (ex. - white, light blue). For best ice retention results no matter the color, please follow the cooler prep instructions which will arrive with your cooler.

All of our collegiate products have been approved for licensing by each college or university. We are constantly seeking new collegiate licenses, so keep checking our site and sign up for our newsletter to be alerted as soon as we add new products!  

At ORCA Coolers we take American job creation very seriously, which is why we make all our roto-molded coolers here at our facility in Ohio, and customize them here in Nashville. Unfortunately, like many other products (ie. cellphones & computers), double walled, vacuum-sealed, stainless steel drinkware factories do not exist here in the States. While we do manufacture our drinkware abroad, we do all the designing, assembly, powder-coating, printing, and etching that makes our products unique, right here in Nashville, TN.

ORCA drinkware is top-shelf dishwasher safe!

2 to 3 inches.

The 140qt is the only cooler that holds two baskets. The 20qt does not hold a basket.  

It does not fit our 20QT cooler, but it does fit the rest.
